Unconfirmed report has it that the immediate past senator representing Rivers south East senatorial district at the national Assembly, senator Magnus Ngei Abe has vowed never to work with the former Governor of Rivers State and the present minister of transportation, Federal Republic of Nigeria Rt Hon chibuike Rotimi Amaechi describing him as a failure.
Abe who has been in a long dispute with Rotimi Amaechi, the leader of all progressive Congress APC in Rivers State over his Governorship Ambition in the State.
According to the source, a strong Supporter of the senator who disclosed this narrates that the senator would never work with a man who sees himself as a god over others in the state with no leadership qualities urging him to learn from the leader of all progressive Congress in Bayelsa state Timipri Sylvia.
“In 2015 when Abe wanted to contest for the Governorship position in the State, the leader asked him to stop and promised him of 2019 while I over looked and move on smoothly with joy, he handpicked Dakuku Adol peterside to flag the ticket. He came back in 2019 to do the same thing while the Senator said they should all go to primaries and test our popularity there by making it an open ballot but instead he went and started by changing the leaderships of the Local Governments whom he thinks are working with the Senator their by bringing in his core loyalist and so forth”
He further stated that the series of failures in Apc Rivers State is been caused by one man who thinks he can do it all alone but could not deliver his pulling unit not to talk about delivering an ordinary councilor in his word.
Furthermore, he explained that the senator would rather work with the Governor of Rivers State Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike describing him as a real leader and a dependable friend who believes in the Rule of law and inter democracy that’s why the peoples Democratic Party PDP family has been united in the state.
Since he is yet to learn from the past, we would see to the end of it until he realizes his mistakes and call for unity amongs the party faithfuls.
